Wrinkles Lines: Skin needling stimulates the area treated to produce collagen. Stimulation of the wrinkle lines using a hand held multi-needled instrument stimulates the area underneath to produce collagen. Weekly or biweekly treatments over several months get rid of wrinkle lines.
Proper breathing: Proper Breathing is one of the 5 fundamental points of Yoga Most people use only a fraction of their lung capacity for breathing. They breathe shallowly, barely expanding the ribcage. Their shoulders are hunched, they have painful tension in the upper part of the back and neck, and they suffer from lack of oxygen. They should learn the full Yogic breathing.
The Different Types of Breathing
There are three basic types of breathing.
- Clavicular breathing is the most shallow and worst possible type. The shoulders and collarbone are raised while the abdomen is contracted during inhalation. Maximum effort is made, but a minimum amount of air is obtained.
- Thoracic breathing is done with the rib muscles expanding the rib cage, and is the second type of incomplete breathing.
- Deep abdominal breathing is the best, for it brings air to the lowest and largest part of the lungs. Breathing is slow and deep, and proper use is made of the diaphragm.
Actually, none of these types are complete. A full Yogic breath combines all three, beginning with a deep breath and continuing the inhalation through the intercostal and clavicular areas.
Learning The Abdominal Breathing: To get the feel of proper diaphragmatic breathing, wear loose clothing and lie on the back. Place the hand on the upper abdomen, where the diaphragm is located. Breathe in and out slowly. The abdomen should expand outward as you inhale and contract as you exhale. Try to get the feeling of this motion.
Learning The Full Yogic Breathing: Once you feel proficient in the practice of the abdominal breathing you will be ready to learn the Full Yogic Breathing. Breathe in slowly, expand the abdomen, then the ribcage, and finally the upper portion of the lungs. Then, breathe out in the same manner, letting the abdomen cave in as you exhale. This is the Yogic complete breath.
Pranayama: By far the most important thing about good breathing is the Prana, or subtle energy of the vital breath. Control of the Prana leads to control of the mind. Breathing exercises are called Pranayamas, which means to control the Prana.
Bump removal: moles, skin tags, and some skin cancers
Bump Removal is accomplished by using a cauterizing machine developed in Japan. This machine creates a very high frequency current by use of a spark gap. The effect on moles, skin tags, rose points, brown spots and others is to immediately dehydrate the area around the pin point.
As a result, a scab is formed immediately and no potentially open wound blister occurs as does with liquid nitrogen. This scab falls off within the week and rarely is there any scar or sign of removal.

EYELINER of the eyes adds life and sparkle to the eyes. As we age and our eyes become more far-sighted we don`t always draw nice neat lines. Sof-tap lines will give you that perfect line for all times. Eyeliner dramatically improves the shape of the eyes.
LIPS/LIP-LINER: Beautiful lips are a real attentions getter. Are you tired of applying your lip liner and lipstick repeatedly during the day, only to have it smear, bleed into the cracks or wear off with eating and talking. Would you like more definition, have fuller lips or correct a crooked line or distortion? Did you know that lip line definition fades with age as does our actual lip color?
- Does it hurt? Probably no more than plucking your eyebrows. A topical anesthetic is used so in most cases any discomfort is minimal.
- Will I be laid up for days? No, you should be able to go about the day’s business with virtually no discomfort. Occasionally there is some swelling but this is not the norm.
- Is it really permanent? It is permanent, but some need a touch-up in 3-5 years. People who sun-bathe or use certain cosmetic products will accelerate the fading.
- Can I pick my color? Absolutely! A preliminary color and outline will be agreed upon. You can even change the color with the second touch-up session.
- How long does it take and how much does it cost? It takes approximately an hour for each procedure. Cost is currently $150 per procedure.

Fruit Pedicure:- Pineapple coconut milk footbath laced with ginger flowers or hibiscus to soothe and tenderize calluses with the keratolytic effects of Bromelain. This is followed by a mango husk sea salt scrub to loosen dead skin, coconut oil and Costa Rican honey. Scented with Polish: All this in addition to nail shaping and cuticle attention We encourage you to organize your own group of women friends who might be interested in doing this as a group. This will amount to a considerable savings for you as the planner.
