Dominical Costa Rica

A number of years ago, somebody had a vision. The coastline around Dominical was/is stunning, and it wasn't that long ago that there was not any more than a horse path running up and down the coast. In fact, the highway just north of Dominical is still dirt. The area is pristine.. and breathtaking. To see it back then though, well it would have been difficult to imagine that someday it would be the target destination for numerous prospective land buyers. The vision: to aquire the finest, and then wait. When the time was right, develop it.. sustainably.

The whole project revolves around Punta Dominical, a point that jutts out into the Pacific ocean. You can sit out there on the point and enjoy a fine meal at the restaurant "La Parcela", your conversation hushed by the waves below, and imagine actually living there, or nearby. The project extends up the coast from the point including beach properties, as well as offering some slightly inland and higher in elevation properties. All with beautiful ocean views, all superb properties.

One more thing about this vision: The Dominical area is currently, for the most part, undeveloped. The nature here is lush, vibrant, immersive, delicate. The history of Costa Rica's coastline clearly indicates a trend toward development. There are some sad case histories of the development not taking into consideration the needs of the abundant natural wildlife. The Pacific Land Company can be characterized by the wonderfully overused addage "sustainable", in this case it is used correctly. Development with a conscience.
