IDS Casas Modulares with more than ten years of experience in the development of constructive systems, offers you modular panels that meet all structural and seismic requirements and standards in Costa Rica.

Our vertical panel system can be used in a wide variety of projects, and the final product is a structure or building with nice flat finishing on the walls and also very solid and strong. The panels can be arranged in many different ways, and can be adapted to almost any design.

IDS also manufactures a traditional system that consists in columns and horizontal panels, known as “Baldosas y Columnas”. This system is commonly used among low budget projects and fences.
Using our systems, the labor and the time to build a home or any other project can be substantially reduced without loosing quality and beauty.

Our company as well, offers the services of Consultancy in Engineering and Architecture for your project development. And with our team of professionals in architecture and engineering, we can assist you with your plans and ideas.

We have experience in planning and the construction of buildings.

Another service is the illustration of designs using three-dimensional modeling and renderings, which can help you to visualize your project prior to construction. We have licensed software and qualified training.
