Reservation Deposit Policy: (For reservations of 2 months or less,) 50% Deposit required to finalize reservation; Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cash, bank wire transfers accepted. (Total rental payment due to finalize reservations made less than 30 days in advance of arrival date.)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival date -- refund of deposit less 20% of total rental: 10% cancellation fee; 10% held as a credit toward another reservation. Cancellations received 21-60 days in advance -- 20% of total rental retained as cancellation fee; balance held as credit toward another reservation. Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance - 75% of total rental cancellation fee; balance held as credit toward another reservation.
