Pay schedule:
$10,000 deposit for reservation in escrow
20% ($10,000 included) when permits and plans are finalized
25% when foundation construction begins
25% when wall construction begins
20% when roof constructon begins
10% when we hand you the keys.

There are 28 clubhouse condos in all. We are taking orders on this sequentially. The availability is noted below.
To get one, here's what you do. Put $10,000 down that stays in escrow until we have the approved plans and permits. At that time 20% is due, inlcuding the original $10,000 deposit.
