A delightful beach house nestled in the heart of Dominical surrounded
by a large, tropically landscaped yard that ensures privacy as you
relax in a hammock or enjoy what the house has to offer.
The house has a large living / dining area with a fully
equipped kitchen including a wet-bar island, full size refridgerator,
6 burner stove / oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
The house sleeps up to five persons. There is one
ample bedroom with a kingsze bed, a couch / day bed
in the living room that can act as an extra twin bed, and there is
also a KING mattress for extra guests. We offer Direct
TV, a DVD player and also an iPod ready CD Player and radio, to listen
to your favorite tunes.
There is a covered parking area that can accommodate up to 2 vehicles,
an outside deck area, equipped with hammocks to laze the day away
and there is also a BBQ area and outside shower.
The house is less than a minute walk from the beach and is near all
amenities of Dominical. A perfect getaway for the beach lover.
Prices:
Low Season - $750 per week
High Season - $1000 per week
Holiday Rate - $1300 per week
(Christmas, New Year, Easter Week)
