Enjoy stunning sunsets and a magnificent view of white water beaches all the way to Manuel Antonio. Large sliding doors also lead outside from both the king sized master suite with its 
slate shower, sunset view and outdoor soaking tub, and the "Tommy Bahama" style queen sized guest suite with its own private terrace.
Media
Should you tire of the view you can relax in the media room/library to watch DVDs or Direct TV on the 42" flat screen TV with home theatre surround sound and air conditioning. All major rooms in OASIS are wired for stereo. Local phone service is available.
OASIS is a contemporary home with curved ceilings, a preponderance of windows and a very light and airy feeling. Located at a breezy 1000 foot altitude, only the media room is air 
conditioned to protect the electronics. The furnishings are eclectic and comfortable and a number of Costa Rican artists works are on display as well as many collectables gathered on the owners travels around the world.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a 6 burner gas cook top, electric wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, and large double door refrigerator with an ice maker. Counter tops are limestone and the kitchen is well stocked for any type of cooking. There is an eight person formal dining room as well as outside seating for 4 on the terrace or 6 at a teak table with umbrella on the wood deck. Flooring 
throughout the house is a combination of bamboo and elegant ceramic tile. There are ceiling fans in every room and much attention has been given to lighting. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the property is extremely private and secure, with a gated entry. A video camera controlled from the front door lets you know who your visitors are. There is plenty of space inside the gate for parking (4 wheel drive recommended)

Bedrooms
A separate one bedroom apartment located over the garage, with full kitchen and wonderful views can sometimes be included at an additional charge depending on the timing. This unit has 
a large balcony and a queen size bedroom, lovely tiled bathroom with extra large soaking tub and is artfully decorated. The style and quality is comparable to that of the main house.
Twice weekly maid service and gardener as well as weekly pool maintenance are included. Please,no children, smoking, or pets.

Oasis is the personal home of the leading designer/builder couple in the Dominical area. They have a long list of show stopper homes in the area, but the climax is Oasis.
Form Follows Function
The house flows beautifully from one room to the next and is somehow welcoming and homey, while being an almost austere contemporary style. Life on this ridge above the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica is all about view, and so follows the design of Oasis. Its all about the view.
The living room has a moving glass wall that opens up to the outside deck and pool... and view. There are frequent toucan visitors in the trees just off the deck.
The media room is reason enough for a stay at Oasis. High fidelity speakers are located throughout the house and you can put a gazillion disks on for a diverse month or two of non-repeat music listening.
Oasis is the leader in contemporary design in the Dominical/Uvita zone. I heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a truly elegant and comfortable stay in Costa Rica.
