Dominical has been a relaxed, sleepy surfer town for many years, and is well known for the incredible sunsets, specially during the summer season. But, beautiful sunsets is not all Dominical has to offer. World Class surfing (one of the three best surf spots in Costa Rica), great fishing, bird watching, wild life, hiking to the nearby waterfalls, horseback riding, diving, snorkeling, sea kayaking.............a quick selection of a great variety of activities in and around Dominical. And of course, after a busy day at the beach or on tour, you’ll want to stroll to the beach to enjoy one of the fantastic sunsets, before retiring to the restaurant for socialization and dinner.

Amenities

Designed in old-world charm and recently opened, Hotel Domilocos in Dominical Costa Rica is beautifully appointed with warm earth-tones utilizing rich carpeting, fine tiles, and soft curtain fabrics. Our rooms are air-conditioned with bamboo furniture and queen beds. All 23 standard rooms have private bathrooms with hot water showers and room for one double bed, and a maximum of two single beds extra. We can accomodate a maximum of 4 people in all standard rooms. Besides the standard rooms we have three bigger rooms, in which we can accomodate a maximum of 6 persons. There are beds for little children available. We also have special rooms for disabled people. Our open-air area has tables and a jacuzzi surrounded by tropical flowers. We serve a continental buffet breakfast, with scrambled eggs, gallo pinto, pancakes, toast, bread, fresh fruits,  different types of cornflakes, tea, coffee and some fruit drinks. Ours is a small hotel quietly nestled in a country setting, so don’t be surprised if you hear the soft calls of a pair of Toucans in a neighboring tree in the morning.
